He was the son of the late M. W. and Mrs. Ann Kellam, a native of Princess Anne County, but a resident of Norfolk for the past 26 years. He was a retired merchant and a member of St. John's Baptist Church of Princess Anne County, Vandalia Lodge, No. 47, I.O.O.F., and Industry Council, No. 1, O.F.A. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eva Smith Kellam; a son, Llewellyn W. Kellam, and a brother, C. G. Kellam, of Princess Anne County. Funeral services will be conducted at Brambleton Avenue Methodist Church tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock by the Rev. G. M. Bishop, pastor of the church, and the Rev. J. T. Riddick, pastor of Baptist Tabernacle. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
