Mrs. Kellam was a native of Phillipsburg, NJ, and a resident of Norfolk for the past 50 years, residing at 1051 Gates avenue at the time of her death. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. L. A. Foster, and two grandchildren, Lewis A. Foster, Jr., and Miss Jane Frances Foster, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial avenue, Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock, with the Rev. Taylor Willis, D. D., rector of Christ and St. Luke’s Church, of which Mrs. Kellam was a member, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
