Virginian-Pilot December 12, 1944
George William Keller, 81, died at the residence, Thole street, yesterday morning 
at 2:25 o'clock after a long illness. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. 
Magnolia V. Fitchett and Miss Marie E. Keller, a son, George H. Keller, all of 
Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Wick, of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Charles 
Loebsack, of Bristol, Pa.; a brother, Thomas L. Keller of Bristol, Pa.; eight 
grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Mr. Keller was a native of Mt. Crawford and 
had been a resident of Norfolk for 57 years.
The body will be taken from the residence to the Denby Methodist Church for 
funeral services tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
