KELLEY DIES AFTER A LONG ILLNESS William E. Kelley, of 404 Eleventh street, who had been in failing health for several months, died yesterday morning at the Norfolk Protestant hospital. The deceased was born in Camden County, N.C. and was 65 years old. He is survived by a son, George E. Kelley, of South Norfolk and a nephew, J.L. Riggs. He had been a resident of Berkley about six years, the remainder of his life being spent in his native state. The funeral will be conducted from the home of his nephew, Mr. Riggs, in Eleventh street, this afternoon at 4 o'clock, Rev. V.W. Bargamin, pastor of Liberty Street M.E. South Norfolk Church, officiating and the interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
