NORFOLK - Mrs. Emma Willis Kelley, 90, of 3401 Granby St. died Sunday in a 
hospital.

A native of Northampton County, she was a member of Park Place United Methodist 
Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery. 
Arrangements are being handles by H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
