                                   DIED.
KELLEY - At his residence, near Indian Poll Bridge, Norfolk county, Va., Friday, 
August 16, 1889, at 8:30 p.m., DANIEL D. KELLEY, aged 70 years and 4 months.
Funeral will take place from Freemason Street Baptist Church THIS (Sunday) 
AFTERNOON, at 4:30 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to 
attend.
                        Funeral of Mr. D. D. Kelley
The funeral of this well-known gentleman took place from the Freemason Street 
Baptist Church Sunday afternoon and was largely attended. Rev. T. G. Jones, 
assisted by Re. J. J. Hall, conducted the services, after which the remains were 
conveyed to Elmwood Cemetery, the following gentlemen acting as pallbearers: 
Messrs. C. A. Davis, L. Royster, James Winston, K. R. Gallup, T. P. Warren, S. 
H. Randlett. The deceased was a well-known citizen and leaves a wife and two 
sons, Messrs. S. S. and J. M. Kelley, who reside in this city, and daughter, 
Mrs. E. L. Dennis, of Houston, Tex.
