Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, January 6, 1994 
Deloris Anthony ``Bay-Bay'' Kelley of the 400 block of Pepper Mill Lane, a
retired customer service representative, died Jan. 5, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk
General Hospital.

She was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of the late Alphonso and Katie
Willis Anthony. She retired from Virginia Power after 16 years and was a member
of New Calvary Baptist Church and former member of the Hospitality Committee and
the Usher Board. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star Newlight Chapter
(NU)219 and also a Past Worthy Matron.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Kelley, Jr.; five daughters, Cathy
Hegwood, Olivia Cope and Pamela Little, all of Norfolk, Pamela Deloach of
Virginia Beach, Sharon McCleod of Newport News; two sons, Norman Deloach of
Norfolk and Mervin Kelley of Germany; three sisters, Loretta Webber of Chicago,
Ernestine Harrison and Rebecca Archer, both of Norfolk; four brothers, Thomas
Anthony Sr., Luther Anthony, Floyd Anthony Jr., Rev. Lionell Anthony, all of
Norfolk; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of cousins, nieces,
nephews, relatives and other friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Calvary Baptist Church,
Norfolk, by the Rev. G.G. Campbell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing
will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Riddick Funeral Service. The family will be
at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. Saturday.
