Mr. Kelley , a native of Erie, Pa., played with the Phil Vincent Orchestra from 1948 to 1954 and the Chesapeake Bay Bear Cats, a Dixieland group, from 1964 to 1975. He was with the Al Dehanis Ensemble in the 1980s and also played piano at area restaurants. Mr. Kelley was a member of Galilee Episcopal Church, Musicians Union Local 125 A.F. of M. of Tidewater and the Piano Technicians Guild. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was the widower of Mary Ellen Kelley . Survivors include a son, Ronald A. Kelley of Virginia Beach; a sister, Jean Wood of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; four brothers, Edward L. Kelley of Daly City, Calif., Richard E. Kelley and Kenneth L. Kelley , both of Erie, and Archie R. Kelley of Westwood, Mass.; and a grandchild. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Galilee Episcopal Church by the Rev. John H. Jordan. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road.
