The Norfolk Landmark February 14, 1904

                          Mrs. S.S. Kelley Dead

The funeral of Mrs. Matilda S.J. Kelley, wife of Mr. S.S. Kelley, who died at 
her home, 121 Walke Street, yesterday, will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock 
from St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Mrs. Kelley, who was a daughter of the late 
Major Croft, was highly esteemed in Norfolk and enjoyed the love of a host of 
friends.

The funeral of Mrs. Matilda S.J. Kelley, wife of Mr. S.S. Kelley, was solemnized 
from St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 2 o'clock p.m. yesterday. The service was 
conducted by Rev. B.D. Tucker.  The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood 
Cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: H.M. Sparrow, W.J. Dilworth, W.J. 
Simmons, Julian Russell, W. W. Hosier, John F. Small and James Kerr.
