Kelley, aged 55, husband of Mrs. Emma Willis Kelley, and son of the late S.S. and Mrs. Matilda Croft Kelley, died Tuesday. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, William W. Kelley, of Arlington, and a sister, Mrs. Louise F. Noble, of Washington, D.C. Services were held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, this afternoon at 4 o'clock, with the Rev. Moultrie Guerry, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The pallbearers were Lee F. Lawler, John F. Lawler, James E. Barry, Sr., Julien S. Jackson, G. Emmett Hogan and Hunter A. Hogan. There were a number of floral offerings.
