Virginian Pilot October 21, 1986

Glenn Galvin Kelling, 17, of 200 Warren Ave., died October 18, 1986, in Norfolk.
Glenn, a native of Cozad, Neb., was a student.
Survivors include his mother, Joan Brown Slater and his stepfather, Charles R. 
Slater, both of Norfolk; his foster mother, Elizabeth Jones of Norfolk; a 
sister, Rebecca Lynn Nicks of Langley; his maternal grandmother, Evelyn B Brown 
of Lincoln, Neb.; and his step grandmother, Faith Slater of Penn Yann, N.Y.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Magnolia Cemetery 
by the Rev. Paul Eure.  The family will be at Smith & Williams Funeral Home from 
7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and at the residence.
