F. Cooper and Mrs. Mary E. Howard, at 1039 Stewart Street, South Norfolk, last night at 9:05 o'clock, after a lingering illness. She was the widow of William Edward Kelly and the daughter of the late W. L. and Mrs. Lydia Capps Browne. She was a native of Norfolk and had lived here all her life with the exception of the past five years, during which time she made her home in South Norfolk. She was a member of the Epworth Methodist Church. Mrs. Kelly is survived by a brother, W. L. Browne, Jr., of Washington D.C., seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the James V. Derry Funeral Home Thursday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
