R. Kelly, son of the late Alice Reid Kelly, died at a local hospital last night at 7 o’clock. Mr. Kelly was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, residing at 1000 Westover Avenue at the time of his death. He was an accountant for the Virginian Railway. Surviving him are two sisters, Mrs. John Paul of Norfolk and Mrs. John A. Norman, of Paoll, Pa.; one brother, Adm. Monroe Kelly, U. S. N.’ two nephews and two nieces. Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, tomorrow at 12 o’clock noon, with the Rev. Taylor Willis, D. D., rector of Christ and St. Luke’s Church, officiating. Burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
