Patricia Redding Kemman, 80, passed away July 15, 2002, in a local hospital. She 
was retired from Colonial Stores after 29 years. She was preceded in death by a 
son, William Frank Redding Jr.

Survivors include her husband, John C. Kemman; two daughters, Patricia Bell and 
her husband, Jesse of Virginia Beach, and Deborah Mathis and her husband, Ronnie 
of Chesapeake; two sisters, Virginia Turner of Virginia Beach and Ann Nardonianni 
of Norfolk; four grandchildren, Kim Michaelik of North Carolina, Tracie Babcock 
and Elizabeth Mathis, both of Virginia Beach, and Jamie Mathis of Norfolk; three 
great-grandchildren, Jason Shrader, Cassi Michaelik and Anna Michaelik, all of 
North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 
Virginia Beach Chapel, where a funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. 
Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
