Kemp, died at the residence of his parents, 1531 West Thirty-eighth street, yesterday afternoon at 2:40 o'clock after a long illness. Mr. Kemp was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. Surviving, besides his parents, are one sister, Miss Lillian L. Kemp, and three brothers, John Edward, Morris W. and Bernard Otis Kemp, all of Norfolk. He was a member of Lamberts Point Lodge, K. of P. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne road. The Rev. H.L. Hastings, pastor of Zion Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
