W. Lamb, Esq. She died on Thursday night, after a long and painful illness, which she endured with true Christian fortitude, and looked with pleasure to her call from earthly suffering to "that undiscovered country from whose bourne no traveller returns," "where the wicked cease to troubling and the weary are at rest." This estimable lady's funeral sermon was delivered with an unusual and impressive solemnity of purpose, by the Rev. N. E. Okerson, at Christ Church, yesterday afternoon. The remains of the deceased were followed from the Church by the numerous friends of the family, and her sorrowing relatives, to the family ground in the Cedar Grove Cemetery to repose with those "who have gone before."
