Norfolk - Virsey T. Kerrine of 1358 Hanson Ave., a native of Norfolk, died 
Wednesday, Dec. 25, in a hospital.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include a son, Michael T. Kerrine of Brooklyn;  and a sister, Mrs. 
Margaret Elliott of Portsmouth.

A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. in Mount Calvary Baptist 
Church, Portsmouth, by the Rev. James T. Boyd.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery 
with military honors at the grave.  Graves Funeral Home was in charge.
