Mr. Kessler, a native of the Soviet Union, was the widower of Anne Fine Kessler. He owned Anne Kay Florist for 35 years. He was a member of B'Nai Israel Congregation in Norfolk and Jewish War Veterans of the USA. Survivors include a brother, Ben Kessler of New York City. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in B'Nai Israel Cemetery by Rabbi Ephraim Slepoy. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
