 MARY R. Mary Reilley Ketner, formerly of Schenectady, N.Y., died October 10, 
in a local nursing home after a prolonged illness. Mrs. Ketner was the widow 
of Richard D. Ketner and a retired executive of General Electric in 
Schenectady. Mrs. Ketner was active in the Altar Guild of St. Helen's Catholic 
Church, the Queens Fort and Mohawk Golf Club. In Roanoke, Mrs. Ketner was a 
resident of Our Lady of the Valley and a communicant at St. Andrews Catholic 
Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mary K. (Polly) Garnett of Drexel 
Hill, Pa.; Susan K. Robinson of Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. Malcome Hodge of 
Winterhaven, Fla.; seven grandchildren; one niece, two nephews. Funeral mass 
will be from St. Andrews Catholic Church at 11:15 a.m. on Monday. The Rev. 
Carl J. Naro and the Rev. George Gormley will officiate. Interment will be at 
Elmwood Cemetery in Norfolk , Va. on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers 
the family requests that contributions be made to St. Helen's Building Fund, 
1803 Union St., Schenectady, N.Y. 12309 or the VMI Alumni Educational Fund, 
Lexington, Va. 24450. Arrangements by Oakey's South Chapel.
