Virginian-Pilot July 5, 1933
Mrs. Elizabeth Beason Kidd, widow of Tandy H. Kidd, died at the residence, 1036 
Jamieson avenue, yesterday afternoon at 4:45 o’clock. Mrs. Kidd was a native of 
Henrico County, Va., and a resident of Norfolk for the past 50 years. She is 
survived by one son, Frank L. Kidd; one daughter, Mrs. W. M. Toxey, both of 
Norfolk; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and 
nephews. Remains were taken to H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East 
Freemason street, pending funeral arrangements.
