Norfolk Virginian September 7, 1876
                                   DIED.
September 6th, in 55th year of her age after a lingering illness, Mrs. ALICE A. 
KIERNAN, wife of Mr. Thomas Kiernan.
Her funeral will take place from her late residence, No. 31 Nebraska street, at 4 
o'clock THIS (Thursday) AFTERNOON. The friends and acquaintances of the family are 
respectfully invited to attend.

Additional Comments:
Her cemetery card shows her death occurring on the 5th, but the paper has it on 
the 6th.
