                                 FUNERALS
Garland F. Kight, aged 35, died Monday night at 8:45 o'clock at the Blue Ridge 
Sanatorium. Mr. Kight was the son of Mrs. J. W. Amory, of Norfolk, who survives 
him. Surviving him also are his wife, Mrs. Cora Scott Kight; three sons, Lewis 
Joshua and William W. Kight; one daughter, Marilyn Kight, and two half-sisters, 
Mildred and Eleanor Amory, all of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown funeral home, corner 
Twenty-ninth and Granby streets, this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
