Virginian-Pilot June 10, 1941
Mrs. Sue Moore Kilgour, aged 69, wife of John R. Kilgour and daughter of the late 
Henry B. and Mrs. Rebecca Robinson Myrick, died at the residence, 3000 Church 
street, yesterday morning at 10:10 o’clock after a lingering illness. She was a 
native of Memphis and a resident of Norfolk for the past 30 years. Besides her 
husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Essie M. Robinson, of Washington. 
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, of which Mrs. Kilgour 
was a member, Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the residence tonight at 8 o’clock.
