The funeral of Mrs. Belle T. King, 56, of 740 Avenue "C," who died in a local 
hospital Dec. 8 was held at Bank Street Baptist Church December 12. Born in 
Chase City, VA, she lived here the best portion of her life. The widow of the 
late Anthony King, and leaves a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Miller of New York 
City: three sisters, one grandson, three grandchildren, besides a number of 
other relatives and friends. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
