VIRGINIA BEACH — Lilian Shepherd King, 85, a native of Norfolk and the widow of W. 
Judson King, died Friday in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a member of Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church, King's Daughters Circle 
and Princess Anne Garden Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Dr. Patricia King of Norfolk; and two nieces, 
Suzanne Vandersyde of Virginia Beach and Constance Ferebee of Norfolk.
A small memorial service will be conducted in Mrs. King's home at 3:30 p.m. Monday 
by the Rev. Charles M. Riddle III. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, 
Virginia Beach, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the 
building fund of Eastern Shore Episcopal Church.
