STELLA H. KING DIES AT HER HOME IN RESCUE Smithfield, April 7. - Mrs. Stella Hines King died at her home in Rescue Wednesday afternoon after a long illness. A native of Norfolk, Mrs. King had made her home in Isle of Wight County a number of years. She was a member of Riverview Methodist Church and the Smithfield Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution. Daughter of the late Sarah Matthews and William A. Hines, she is survived by her husband, Ollie S. King; one daughter, Mrs. Otis Railey of Suffolk; two sons, Lloyd N. King and Ollie S. King, Jr., both of Rescue; two brothers, A. Paul Hines of Washington, D.C., and Leroy O. Hines of Fredericksburg; eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. The body was taken to Bullock Funeral Home and will be returned to the home at 10 a.m. Friday for services there at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Victor B. Anthony, III, pastor of Riverview Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk.
