VIRGINIA BEACH — W. Judson King, 84, a native of Portsmouth and a lifelong 
resident of the area, died Thursday in a hospital. He was the husband of Lilian 
Shepherd King.
He was a retired agricultural engineer and was a member of Eastern Shore Chapel 
Episcopal Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Dr. Patricia King of Norfolk.
A private funeral was held, with H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, in 
charge. Memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Eastern Shore 
Chapel Episcopal Church or Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.
