She was the daughter of the late Joseph L and Sarah Smith Wright, and the wife of Joseph S. King. Mrs. King was a native of Laurel, Del., and had made her home in this section practically all of her life. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Miss Edith D. King; two sons, Earl J. and Herman T. King, all of South Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Marian J. Peel, Fentress, and Miss Susie Wright, Eastern Shore; two brothers, Thomas J. Wright, New York City, and Herman L. Wright, Norfolk County, and one grandchild. Mrs. King was a member of the South Norfolk Christian Church. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, Jefferson and Jackson streets, South Norfolk where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
