Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, November 25, 1993 
Louis ``Honey'' King of the 3800 block of Bent Branch Drive, a retired truck
driver, died Nov. 22, 1993, in Virginia Beach.

Mr. King was born in Norfolk and was a member and deacon of Olive Grove Baptist
Church, Norfolk, and was a member of the Pastor's Aide. He was retired from
Welch Construction.

Survivors incude his wife, Emily King; two daughters, Valerie N. Spencer of
Norfolk and Vanessa Ringer of San Diego, Calif.; two sons, Colia King of
Virginia Beach and Walter L. King serving in the Army; 14 grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Olive Grove Baptist Church,
Norfolk, by the Rev. Harry Davis. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk.
E.A. Hughes Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
