He was a native of Baltimore, and had made his home here for 60 years. He was the son of Maj. Edward King, of Richmond, and Mrs. Anna Hull King. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Christina Elizabeth Bailey King; two daughters, Mrs. Madeline D. Saunders, Norfolk, and Mrs. Marjorie Thompson, of Washington, D.C., two sons, B.A. and A.C. King, Norfolk, and eight grandchildren. He was a member of St. John Episcopal Church, and a past grand master of Old Dominion Lodge, I.O.O.F. and the oldest living member of Seaboard Lodge, A.F. & A.M. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley Avenue, where funeral services will be conducted privately, this afternoon at 4 o’clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
