Mrs. Catherine King, well known citizen of this section, died at her residence, 
704 Culpeper street, Monday, May 29, after a short illness. Funeral services were 
held at the First Baptist Church, Berkley, with the Rev. J. C. Diamond, pastor, 
officiating. She is survived by two sons, Herbert and Fergustine King; one 
granddaughter, Miss Edith King; two sisters, two nieces, and two nephews. 
Interment was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with the Chatman Funeral Home in charge.
