William Dow Kinley Sr., 43, of the 100 block of Inez Ave., a self-employed 
carpenter, died July 29, 1992, in Virginia Beach.

Mr. Kinley was born in Norfolk and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathrine Lewis and Janice Lewis, both of 
Chesapeake, and Billie Jo McCabe of Norfolk; two sons, Kenneth Kinley and William 
Kinley Jr., both of Chesapeake; four sisters, Marion Hall, Lottie Bougades and 
Joan Gelico, all of Virginia Beach, and Irene Deguzman of Edenton, N.C.; two 
brothers, Sonny Kinley and Jimmy Kinley, both of Chesapeake; and six 
grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, 
South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Nathan Towe. Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Catholic Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the 
funeral home.
