Virginian Pilot Tuesday March 9, 1971
Norfolk - George C. Kinsey of 722 E. 27th St., the husband of Mrs. Lossie 
Kinney, died Monday in a hospital.

A native of Moyock NC, he was a son of the late Jeremiah and Mrs. Katherine 
Kinsey.

He worked for Southern Materials Co. 10 years and was a World War II veteran 
of the Marine Corps.
He was a member of Pilgrimage Journey AMEZ Church, Moyock.

Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter, Miss Joyce Kinsey of 
Washington; a brother, Jesse Kinsey of Jamaica, Long Island, NY; and two 
sisters, Mrs. Kathlee Howell and Mrs. Madge Cuffee of Norfolk.

The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.

(Note: DOD on tombstone 3/13/1971, on death certificate 3/8/1971)
