He was a 33-year employe of Norfolk Naval shipyard and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Hairston and Mrs. Maudine Avery of Washington, D.C.; and two brothers, Livingston Kizsee of Washington and Alvis T. Kizsee of Richmond. A funeral will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. in Metropolitan Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. James A. Richardson Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with military honors.
