Norfolk Virginian Pilot Saturday October 13, 1945
Mrs. Susan Madilla Kline, 83, died yesterday at 11:10 a.m. in a local 
hospital after a lingering illness.
She was a native of Adams County, Pa., a daughter of the late Howard and 
Sarah Hoechat Cresswell, and a resident of this section 53 years.
Surviving her are a daughter, Mrs. M.W. Cannon and a grandson, Meredith 
Cannon, Jr.
She was a member of Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church.
The body was removed to the Williams Funeral Home, South Norfolk, pending 
the arrival of her daughter, Mrs. Cannon.

Mrs. Susan Madilla Kline -- Funeral services for Mrs. Kline, who died Friday 
morning in a local hospital, will be conducted in Armstrong Memorial 
Presbyterian Church today at 3 o'clock. Interment will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery.
