Kline, aged 56 years, one of the best known residents on this side of the river, died yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at the family residence, 114 Walnut street, as the result of paralysis sustained several days ago. He was a son of the late J.W. and Mrs. Margaret Bender Kline of Pennsylvania, but had been a resident of this place nearly forty years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sallie Kline; a son, Clarence; two sisters, Mrs. A.E. Holland, Berkley and Mrs. Clara Williams, Princess Anne County and a brother, John Kline, Providence, R.I. The funeral service will be announced later. *************************************************************** The funeral of William E. Kline will be conducted at the family residence, 114 Walnut street, this afternoon at 4 o'clock by Rev. S.J. Battin, pastor of Memorial Methodist Church, of which the deceased was a member. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery and the several lodges of which he was a member have been called out to attend the services.
