Tori blest everyone she met. She came into this world facing challenges some would consider insurmountable and taught all of us the beauty of a life lived with joy and love. To meet Tori was to be in the presence of the angels. Victoria was the daughter of Richard N. and Janice Knapp and the granddaughter of the late Johnnie J. Johnson, Richard E. Knapp and Joyce Bell Knapp. Her celebration of life will be continued by her parents, her grandmother, Pina Margiotti Johnson, and her beloved brother and best friend, John Richard Knapp. Her spirit and love will continue to guide her Zia Maria Margiotti Veniero, great- aunts, Madeline Jones, Celeste Duplantis, Ben Bell and Yvonne Thomas. She is also in the hearts of her aunts and uncles, Sandra and Lee Johnston, Brenda and Terry Frederick, Jerry and Barbara Johnson and their children, Heather, Anita, Olivia, Genevieve, Bary, Lindsey and Joseph. Tori's love extended throughout her Italian family, Anna Maria, Patrizia and Raffaella. Tori graduated from Maury High School in 2001 and attended TCC, Norfolk. She was a Sunday school teacher, usher and participant in the young people's program at Sacred Heart Church. She worked at Executive Health and Fitness Center, where her boss, Vicky Saxby, became her beloved mentor and friend. Her nanny and friend for life, Carolyn Artis, held her and loved her, along with her parents and brother through years of life-threatening battles. Tori's legacy, for all of us, will remain forever imprinted upon our lives, along with her smile, bright, twinkling eyes, dimples and joie de vivre. Her funeral will be held at Sacred Heart Church today, April 22, at noon. There was a wake held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children Foundation Inc., 6171 Kempsville Circle, Norfolk, VA 23502 or online at www.saintmaryshome.org. H.D.
