Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch July 28, 1919
Mrs. Maggie Ann Knight died last night at 1:45 o'clock, at the residence, 728 
Mariner street, in her 57th year. She was a native of Portsmouth and had resided 
in Norfolk 34 years. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Thomas McGuinness and 
Mrs. Albert Green; three grandchildren, Mrs. Leroy Kily and Frank and Agnes 
McGuinness; one great-grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Lelia M. Wilkins, and three 
brothers, R. H., G. W. and J. T. Stallings. the funeral takes place Wednesday at 
10:30 a.m. at the residence, Rev. G. H. Elkins, of Memorial Christian Temple, 
officiating. Burial in Elmwood.
