The Norfolk Virginian Pilot July 4, 1937
Carl Ellen (sic Allen) Knight, Jr., two-weeks-old
son of Carl Ellen and Mrs. Jennie Elderidge Knight, died at a local hospital 
Friday night at 10 o'clock.  Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon
at 3:30 o'clock at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery.  The Rev. L. Oakey Wilburn, 
pastor of LeKies Methodist Episcopal Church, officiated.
