                           FUNERAL OF MRS. KNOWLES.
Mrs. Mary Knowles, wife of Mr. Daniel Knowles, died at 9 o'clock Sunday morning at 
the family residence, 109 Brewer street. The funeral was solemnized by Rev. Dr. R. 
D. Smart, of Epworth Methodist church, from the residence at 11 o'clock a.m. 
yesterday. The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood cemetery. Following were the 
pallbearers: Messrs. T. K. Roberts, H. T. Band. W. J. Murphey, P. Godfrey, B. T. 
Bockover and W. S. Murden.
