Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch May 6, 1922
Miss Josephine V. Koolage died early this morning at the residence, 404 Boissevain 
avenue, in her 77th year. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Harriett 
Burgess Koolage, and sister of the late C. W. Koolage, Sr. She was a native of 
Norfolk. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Mrs. C. W. Koolage, Sr.; 3 nieces, 
Mrs. A. P. Burgess, Mrs. H. T. Cruser, Jr., and Miss Mary J. Koolage. The funeral 
takes place at the residence at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Rev. H. H. Covington, D.D., 
officiating. Burial in Elmwood.
