She was the loving wife of Chester J. Kozik, who passed away in December 1994; devoted mother of three daughters, and until her decline in health over the past several years, a lifelong caretaker of a disabled daughter. Mrs. Kozik was born in Plymouth, Pa., and spent many years as a volunteer at Leisure Lounge, which provided a place for the disabled to socialize after their physical therapy. She was also a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Survivors include three daughters, Christine K. Van Horne of Philadelphia, Pa., Diane K. Smith of Lebanon, Ohio, and Denise L. Kozik of Norfolk; two siblings, Irene Pincofski of Nanticoke, Pa., and John Petrik of Plymouth; and three grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Father Wayne Ball. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
