Virginian-Pilot August 12, 1950
Mrs. Ruby Hines Kraemer, 56, wife of J. Vance Kraemer and daughter of the late 
William and Mrs. Elizabeth Hines, died yesterday at 12:50 at a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Kraemer was a native of Suffolk and had been a resident of Norfolk 35 years, 
residing at 407 Warren Crescent at the time of her death.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one brother, E. R. Hines, of Norfolk, and 
a sister, Mrs. Bessie Holland, of Portsmouth. Funeral services will be conducted 
at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. Jason L. 
MacMillan, D.D., pastor emeritus of the First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be 
in Elmwood Cemetery.
