Virginian-Pilot June 9, 1979
NORFOLK - Paul Kvartko, 79, the husband of Mrs. Mary Kvartko and a native of 
Czechoslovakia, died Thursday in a hospital.
He was a furniture repairman employed by Jordan Piano Co. He was a 25-year 
member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Dillon of Norfolk; two sons, John 
A. Kvartko and Paul J. Kvartko of Jacksonville, Fla.; six grandchildren; and 
eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated today at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Catholic 
Church with burial in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Smith & Williams Funeral 
Home, Norfolk Chapel, has charge. The family will be at his home.
