The Virginian-Pilot, Friday, February 21, 1975

NORFOLK – Joseph T. Lacey, 90, of 856 Marietta Ave., a native of Norfolk, died 
Thursday in a hospital.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Alice L. Wright of New York; two sons, Robert 
A. Lacey of New York and William A. Lacey of Norfolk; 10 grandchildren, and 23 
great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to Jones Funeral Home.

A Christian Wake service will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in Jones Funeral Home.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church by the Rev. Fr. Thomas J. Quinlan. Burial will be in Calvary 
Cemetery.
