Lacey Sr. and a native of Princess Anne County, died Monday in Leigh Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of Jessie Parker of Norfolk and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pearl D. Lacey of Norfolk; a foster daughter, Mrs. Edith Perry of Wilmington, Del.; two sons, Richard F. Lacey Jr. and Joseph A. Lacey, and two sisters, Mrs. Queenie Jones and Mrs. Geneva Lacey, all of Norfolk; and 10 grandchildren. The body was taken to Jones Funeral Home. A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Saturday at noon in St. Mary's Catholic Church by the Rev. Stephen Dougherty. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A Christian Wake will be held Friday night in St. Mary's Catholic Church.
