Virginian-Pilot June 17, 1920
Sister Agnes Lally, a sister of charity at St. Vincent’s Hospital, died at that 
institution yesterday afternoon. She was 67 years old. Sister Agnes was a native 
of Boston, Mass., but for many years she was a teacher in St. Joseph’s School, 
Portsmouth. For the past several years, she was stationed at St. Vincent’s 
Hospital, where she rendered valuable service. She had many friends in Norfolk and 
Portsmouth.
The funeral services will be held at St. Vincent's Hospital Chapel tomorrow 
morning at 9 o’clock.
