A native of Wilson County, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Mrs. Savannah Horton and the widow of Pearlie Lamb. She was a member of St. Mark R.Z.U.A. Church and its Usher Board, Missionary Society, Gospel Choir, and Pastor's Aid Club, and president of Nurses Club. Surviving are two brothers, Romie Horton of Norfolk and Sidney Horton of Wilson County, N.C. The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home. Additional Comments: NORFOLK - A funeral service for Mrs. Allie Lamb of 1432 W. 44th St. will be held Sunday at 12:30 p.m. in St. Mark R.Z.U.A. Church by the Rev. Oliver Allen. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
