                                  DEATHS
LAMB, HENRY WHITING - At a Staunton hospital, Monday, July 19, 1954, at 1:30 
p.m., HENRY WHITING LAMB, husband of Mrs. Rebecca Waddy Lamb and son of the late 
Col. William and Sarah Chaffee Lamb, in the 78th year of his age. The remains 
will be taken to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, 
pending completion of arrangements.
                                 FUNERALS
HENRY WHITING LAMB - Funeral services for Mr. Lamb, who died Monday at Staunton, 
will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at 3 p.m. by the 
Rt. Rev. William A. Brown, D.D., retired bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of 
Southern Virginia. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
