Paul Repiton, D.D., and Mrs. Sarah Cowan Repiton, died at 2:15 yesterday morning at the residence, 708 Boissevain Avenue. Mrs. Lamb was born in Wilmington, N.C., and moved to Norfolk many years ago. She was a devoted member of Freemason Street Baptist, sang in the choir for many years and was active in all church interest as long as her health permitted. She was at one time leader of the King’s Daughters and was a member of the City Union of the King’s Daughters, being chairman of the nurse committee when Miss Edith Nason was in charge. Mrs. Lamb was a devoted wife and mother and a loyal friend. She is survived by a daughter Miss Sarah Repiton Lamb, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the residence at 12 o’clock noon with the Rev. Sparks W. Melton, D.D., pastor of Freemason Street Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be private in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
